The Café & lounge
For a start-to-finish experience, the meet suite provides a space for you to comfortably and privately meet with your client before or after your shoot. Plan, coordinate or present the final product to your clients in this thoughtfully-designed meeting room.
The perfect space for your clients to relax, engage in comfortable conversation or indulge in their favorite drink. The lounge spans across two separate rooms - an outer waiting room and an inner main room, complete with a café of fully-stocked premium drinks & snacks.

Studio Oronoco was founded in 2023 by Hannah Bjorndal, owner of La Vie En Rose - a wedding photography collective of talented DC-based photographers.
In 2026, Alexia took over the business from Hannah, hoping to build a place for DMV creatives to work, create, and connect. Alexia is the founder of Alexia Ballantine Photography and has been a Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area portrait photographer for over 8 years, specializing in maternity, newborn/baby, and family photography. As a mama to two young kids, Alexia finds so much value in photography and creating memories, and Studio Oronoco has provided the perfect environment to do so! It isn't just the perfect canvas for timeless images, but it is also a warm and welcoming environment for clients as well, elevating the experience offered to clients.
As small business owners, it can be hard to find connection outside of your own business, and that is why Studio Oronoco is more than a beautiful physical space - it is a supportive environment where business owners can also be lifted up, seek help, and elevate their business.
